Site leading hand and Boilermakers - $2000 + per week

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Boilermaker to take the lead on a range of shutdown, installation and maintenance projects across heavy industrial environments.

Duties

• Leading small crews of boilermakers and trades assistants
• Hands on fabrication, welding and structural repairs on industrial plant and equipment
• Coordinating daily work schedules, task allocation and site progress
• Conducting toolbox talks and ensuring all WHS procedures are followed
• Reading drawings and planning fabrication or repair works on site
• Liaising with clients and supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery

What we are looking for

• Trade qualified Boilermaker with strong fabrication experience
• Previous onsite experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Must be able to work weekends
